Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  10/15/05      Rate This Apartment     Considering how much it costs I expect better in this building. Door knobs come off in my hand, trash chute hasn't worked for 3 months, repair requests ignored, AC requires frequent recharging and repairs. At least the AC noise is loud enough to drown out neighbours TV and domestic spats. Pool and public face are well maintained since the "new" management has turned the building into condos. Except, condos sell slowly and most of the building is still rentals. Just be happy the maximum lease is one year.
