| Please believe what you're reading on this board. 7100 Almeda is awful. The staff is so incredibly rude and insensitive, the maintenance sucks, and the price is way more than it should be.
In the two years I lived there we went through four different property managers, and the level of customer service went down with each new manager. After two years I'd had enough. Unfortunately, the "parent" company of CNC Investments, Inc., wasn't much better. They're about as awful as the staff at 7100 Almeda.
Maintenance wasn't always quick to respond. I once went an entire weekend with a clogged toilet. Instead of fixing a problem, they'd simply put a "band-aid" on it and move on. The apartments are full of mold and termites.
As for the "security" gate being forever open, I couldn't agree more. I put down a deposit for two gate remotes and rarely used them! The security guard who was supposed to be on duty during non-business hours was there sporadically, usually on a random Tuesday or Wednesday night, not on the weekends when most of the problems occurred. And not once did I see him stop a vehicle from entering the property, so what's the point of having a security guard?
