Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  2/17/06      Rate This Apartment     We didn't have any problems with break ins...but it wasn't good. We had a huge roach problem when we first moved in. It was a nightmare getting someone to deal with it, they said "We've never had a problem with roaches before". Well they had to have, that many roaches don't show up over night. Our electricity bills were outrageous. We lived on the first floor. The refrigerator was literally rusting out. The AC was leaking alot. The water heater never got really hot & ran out of water after 15 minutes- not continuous 15 minutes in the shower. If you had 2 people needing a shower the second person took a cold shower. The AC leaking damaged the base boards which they are trying to make us pay to replace. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Poorly managed. No one seems to know what is going on or take responsibility for anything.
