Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  7/29/06      Rate This Apartment     I believe life is what you make it. When I moved here in July 2005, Mgmt was very attentive to my needs. Here are my supporting comments: 1. Presented myself as a nice, hard working gentleman. Recieved a first floor apt in Bldg 1. I asked them for a newly modeled apt and they immediately replaced the cabinets, fridge and microwave with brand new ones. 2. Security is non existent at the front gate. Although the elderly gentleman that was there was very friendly. I guess its true that God watches over fools because Ive left my car unlocked or windows down several times by accident and no ones even breathed on it. I also park my work vehicle here and nothing ! I guess people know and have seen me and know i work out. 3. The pool area is very bad. Rarely is it clean. Hot tub never works and is filthy. But it is a nice size pool, both of them. 4. The courtyard is very well kept. 5. Only noise I hear is from the gardeners when they are working on my day off. But no issues there, 6. Ive seen 3 roaches total since I moved in. If you want to see roaches, try El Paso. But this is Texas, so bugs rule. I have a problem with these little tiny black bugs that are in the cabinet area. Cleanliness is next to...well, just be a clean person and sanitize your apt regularly. 7. Maintenance has been very good to me. If i lose a key, they replace it...if I need repairs , its done. They smile and wave at me daily. Like I said, sometimes its who you are. 8. Un fortunately, until they improved the pool area, add more fitness eq, and lower the rent I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
