the office is only nice before you move in. every other time since then, they have been very unhelpful and very bad about getting back to me on things. they have broken their word many times to me. often, i hear them using the excuse "we are just a little short-handed right now". it is not ok to make YOUR problems, your resident's problems...

if you have a dog, this place is not for you at all. sure they allow them, but thats about it. they provide NO place to exercise your dog or let them roam untethered. no small dog run or enclosure of any type... which is odd for a place this large that allows all dogs...

you will get in trouble if you get caught letting your dog exercise around the pool or anywhere else here.

nothing in the weight room works. the few times the stuff has worked, kids have come along and vandalized the area and equipment. ...and then the staff allowed it to remain trashed for days. nothing has been replace since ive living here. since there is no camera system, this area is trashed frequently (and cleaned well infrequently).

the residents here are diverse. i notice alot of small apts. crammed with many many kids and adults. i have seen the cops out here alot breaking up domestics, and chasing criminals around the grounds. i have seen at least one very unsafe high speed chase thru the parking lot.

many times, i see kids wandering around trashing stuff with no apparent adult supervision.

the office seems to be more concerned about the SUPERVISED pets exercising around the enclosed pool than they care about the kids running around trashing the place and vandalizing stuff in general. maybe if there were cameras in some of the public areas (or at least decoy cameras), this could be easily avoided.

in general, the people that live here do not take good care of the place, and that attitude is reflected in the office and maintanence staff. this place could be alot nicer with just some minor cleaning and maintanence.

it's very bizarre- the whole summer, no one ever maintained the pool by my apt. all the pools here were filthy and trash everywhere. now that it is winter, and no one goes in to that area, i have seen the crews working everyday cleaning the pool and doing various other chores- keeping it very nice... odd.

in conclusion, i will be moving from this crappy comlex at the end of my lease. i dont mind paying more to live in a place where people care about their community. further, it will be refreshing to have a intelligent company running the complex well.
