I was told that maid service accompanied the apartment-it does not. The maintenance is completely lacking, if even present. There were regularly bugs in the apartment and the shower pressure was non-existent. I felt like I was living in a run-down hotel. Then, to top it all off, when I came home from a weekend away, I had an infestation of BEES in my bedroom, WHICH IT THEN TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO TAKE CARE OF!!!! Do not stay here.
