The people that work for AMLI are RUDE, UNEDUCATED, and will treat you with ZERO respect or courtousy. The first reviewer is correct that they will nickel and dime your deposits away and even charge you for additional damages - even the ones that were there upon move in that you have reported. Not only are they unwilling to work with you, but they are quick to threaten to file a mark on your credit when you question and/or dispute the charges they have added up once you move out. There is never any parking close to your apartment. The residents are unfriendly. There are numerous children running around the complex at all hours of the night. All in all it was the worst decision I've ever made... and I really am a nice and easy-going tenant - not once have I ever had a problem like this. Don't live here, it's terrible.
