However the management has not even once followed up on anything they have said they would do in a timely manor. It took them 8 months to follow up on some of the things they were offering when I moved in. I dispize ever having to go into that office for anything. They will keep you waiting around like you are they to inconvienience them. The gate system has been a nightmare ever since I moved in and may as well not be there for all the good it does. Anyone who wants in can get in except the residents whose remotes wont work half the time. Though this problem has recently gotten a little better, its still cumbersome and frustrating. Recently there was a mugging on the property. Also, make sure you get a recipt for everything. They'll probably keep you waiting around ten mimutes to get it, but make sure you do because they're record keeping has serious holes especially with regards to water and sewer and trash payments. The other big issue here is dog shit. The place is covered in it most of the time. They don't inforce any rules for picking up after animals so many of those that own them never do. It stinks in the summer and little kids are playing in it. I have ask them to do something several times and they never do. Also, forget about light fixtures here. You better bring your own. The big plus for me here has been its location close to work. Otherwise I'm not sure I'd be here. Other positves are the maintenance staff and grounds keepers who do an excellent job, dispite the never ending dog shit. Also the large balcony in some of the singles is as large as you will find in Houston. I built a dance floor for my girl friend on mine.
