I did see a bike stolen and a couple of cars in the parking lot were broken in to. But I did not hear about any apartment breakins. Management always kept us informed about crime. Most places I've lived wouldn't do that. Management was alway courteous to me. Maybe a little busy sometimes, but the landlord fed my cat for me when I was out of town for a couple of days. It's a good looking place - sort of retro with new appliances. It is hard to get hardwood floors and central air at the same time, especially at this price. I felt comfortable there and can reccommend it.
