  You can't rely on the office staff to do their job. I've had more problems with this apartment than any other place I've lived. You have to nag about everything. I can't wait to get out and go to a place where they know that customer service actually means.

Plus, the entire, huge complex has only one, ONE!, garbge dump place, so it smells terrible near it, and bags and boxes literally pile up around it when it gets full. (And that happens quite often.) Ridiculous.
