I moved to Asbury park because i thought the show townhome was very nice for the price. Two days after my move in date, they still didn't have my apartment ready. THen for weeks after that I had a horrible bug problem, there were maggots in the fridge, and the roaches were so bold they cmae out in broad daylight, in front of you and they couldn't seem to put me on the extermination list. Then to make things worse, they are constantly putting notes on my door with bright pieces of paper for like two dollars or so. THey have a "curfew" in effect, but this does nothing to stop the wrong people from being out anyways. THere are entirely too many kids, they are everywhere, It's like a family breeding ground, and the office staff, well, I don't even knw where to begin...They simply just do not care, as long as the outside looks decent, they could care less about the inside of your apartment. Maintenance sucks too...all in all, save ya money, and if you wind up there or in that part of town, run....FAST! |
