You can't believe much of what they say. They promise a number of smaller amenities (bicycles, gate openers, etc) that just aren't there. They bait and switch -- BE SURE TO CHECK THE EXACT APT YOU WILL GET. Also, be prepared to fight to get the basics you need. My case -- was promised new carpet. Had to get a lawyer to get respect. As for politeness - once you've signed your contract, don't expect any. The place itself isn't bad. Too bad the management spoils the experience.
