Over a month ago, Pam (Office) decided that all bicycles in the downstairs garage (which is filthy by the way) were "trash," and unilaterally decided to have the maintenance crew toss them without giving us residents the opportunity to retrieve them or have a say in the process. By the time I realized what was going on, our two bicyles were long gone. Management handled the situation lousily, was unapologetic and did not willingly reimburse us for our lost property until, in the middle of eviction proceedings which they innitiated over this matter, a mediator stepped in. Needless to say, I am still waiting for reimbursement...
