There is absolutely zero maintenance, upkeep or improvement done on this property. The a/c goes out without notice and takes days or over a week to fix every time and you are stuck with a huge electric bill. The hallways are disgusting and they stink, the stairwells smell like urine, there is no parking due to the fact that the covered parking area has been comdemned for almost a year and no effort has been made to make repairs. They don't fix anything properly. The a/c in my apartment leaks water into the ceiling ( I know this because there are huge water rings on the ceiling panel that reappear every time they replace the panel) and they say it isn't leaking.
