Gates are always open, young children running around everywhere unsupervised, trash out in the parking lot, chicken bones scattered along the walkway, beers cans thrown in bushes, need I say more. If you need maintenance of any sort, forget it. This property has gone through 2 different managers that I know of. Any time anything happens on the property, they NEVER NOTIFY YOU, but yet if you leave trash out on the wrong day they make sure that they put a memo on your door telling you that you owe them $25.00 for a trash pick up on a day that you should not have had your trash out. (What is wrong with that picture?) So many people have moved in & out of here in the short time that we have lived here. People hang out in the parking lot drinking & smoking...& MGMT doesn't seem to care. Such a shame! When my lease is up we are running out of here....& not looking back! I will let everyone know not to rent from this place!
