| I have lived here for a little over a year and I am renewing my lease. It is very seldom that you find an apartment in the Medical Center area that has reasonable rent. It has also proven to be peaceful over the year. If there is any crime, I thank God that I have not witnessed it, been a victim of it, or heard of any. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of, therefore leaving me with no real complaints. The only thing I wish they could do something about is somehow have washer/dryer connections, or units, in the complexes. I miss having this handy option and I hate having to go to the washateria onsite, or offsite.
