Started off as a sister property to the Retreat across the sidestreet but ended up being owned separately. Both apartments keep trying to distinquish from the other painting and changing building trims. The noise level has always been pretty bad because the walls are so thin. Can hear television, radio, doors shutting, keyboard playing and people talking in other units. A couple of robberies have happened on property. We have gotten fliers notifying us. Thankful for the fliers to warn us but still scary. Maintenance is top-notch. Very quick to respond to problems. The fitness room is very good. All units have their own washer and dryer so no commune laundry area. Residence started off as family and single people working close by. Now it's a much younger crowd moving in with lots of loud music playing all times of the day and night. I generally do not mind the loud music until after 10PM. But the music and people entering the property slamming entrance doors and car doors late into the night on weekdays have turned into major problems. Probably the reason I and a lot of the other tenants started moving out.
