  Do not be fooled by the apartment staff when you come to look at the property. They're dripping with sweetness and smiles. That allll goes away once you've signed the lease. What no one tells you when you're viewing the property is that this is what is called a "cash on property", which means that they have no one to pay for repairs if something goes wrong. The only income they have is from renters, they have no investors backing them up. For 3 years the hot tub has been broken, for 6 months all security gates have been wide open and they refuse to fix them. They won't notify you if a crime has been committed on the property because they said they don't have to by law until a certain "percentage" of crimes has been committed - THEN they'll let you know. My neighbor was just in an attempted car jacking and was stabbed in the process. No notification from the apartments - guess me and my one-year old son and multiple others will have to undergo violent crimes so the violent crime percentage will be high enough for them to start notifying residents that criminal acts are going on, on these premises.

EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I've spoken to that lives here HATES THE MANAGEMENT! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
