This a wonderful community. The office staff is very helpful and always friendly when I go in, even if they are swamped with work. The maintenance was horrible until a couple of months ago but that employee left. Now everything gets done on the day that the work order is called in. My AC actually gets fixed not patched. The buildings could stand a little work on the outside, but overall, it's a nice place. It's tucked away in a neighbor hood so it's really quite here. The staff has strict guidelines for the application process, so the residents are a nice bunch of people. Definitely need to come visit this place.
