I pay too much money for a horrible apartment. I have the noisest neighbors and when I complain to management they say that if the noise can't be heard on the street then it is not that loud. I call security and the neighbors just turn the noise up louder. Mgt always makes me feel bad when I call to complain. Mgt makes me feel like I am the one who is causing the problem. |
