For $10 unintentional short payment, they could send out a nasty letter without friendly notice. Besides, they broken into my apartment without telling us in advance. They said tenant have the right to get into apartment. what a surprise! The crime rate is high in this apartment. I got 3 notices in less than 6 month. The only advantage of this apartment is the rent is low, otherwise, everything is not good. The management tream used to be good when I just move in.
