Our gutters are full and when it rains the water pours onto you as you go down the steps. We have asked to have it fixed 4 times and we do not get any type of response. Teenagers run all over the place at all hours carrying guns and the office will not do anything about it. They are letting anyone move in and the thugs are coming out of the woodwork. One resident opened his door to walk his dog and had a gun pointed in his face. The cops are out here at least once a week. It doesn't do any good to complain because they just don't care. My neighbor has cockroaches all over her apartment, the bug spraying guy comes every week and still cannot get rid of them. This is not a place you want to live with children unless you want them running with a bunch of unruly teenagers that smoke, and are destructive to the property.
