Chartwell Court is a gorgeous upscale apartment community. Lots of break-ins & questionable mainteance. However, when we moved out things went south. We were unable to get a walk-thru with a representative & were charged $400 in damages that didn't exist. Even with pictures as proof we were forced to pay after Equity slapped the charges on our credit report. Equity Residential turned a deaf ear. We were residents with Equity properties for over 6 years it was a huge disappointment to be treated so poorly. |
