	Chelsea Court 13105 Briar Forest Dr Houston ,   Tx   77077 281-556-5237 Rating Recommend:     No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  3.0 Appearance:  2.0 Management:  2.0 Maintenance:  2.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  2.0		Review Title:   Horrible Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/29/06      Rate This Apartment     i had no place that would take me i am young and this was my first time renting, i don't make much of an income and have a child to support. the day i signed my lease they did not take me to look at the apartment. i went to bring my cleaning supply's and put them under the sink and when i openned it i about cryed. rat poop every where!!! i put it in the sox that says welcome home and put it on there desk, i wasnt gonna stay i left for 2 weeks and told them to take care of it. for the past 4 months my daughter has had problems breathing and she keeps having bumps all over her. i thought she was sick and last week she got the biggest ring worm i have ever seen in my life, i thought it was the day care, turns out all these problems where from the rats she has alergy's and now asthma, she brakes out all day and her leg looks painful. they still have not done anything about it. i am moving next week i am going to brake my lease before my daughter gets anymore hert, i worn who ever comes to this horrible place be careful my air has been brocken for a week and i have no where elts to go and it is still brocken! i have no food anymore because the rats got into my pantry and ate whole in every single box, i just finished shopping i shouldnt have to pay this months at all no air scared to walk on the floor. i am taking them to civil court and i called the houston apartment association the news and health services . there going to pay for my daughters medical bills and for heat isssues, please do yourself a favor and if you have the choice to go some where elts please do if not sign a 6 month and be out!!!! before someone brakes in or trys to rape you because you are walking alone! just be careful!
