Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/11/05      Rate This Apartment     Chesnut Hill has turned into just another shithole on Bellerive. Crime is terrible, ane guy got stabbed in his apartment and just the other day my roomates and I had to hide in our apartment instead of going out like we wanted cause there was this asshole packing a gun around. We called the cops to report it and they said they already had someone on their way, but we never saw any cops...and there is a police station 5 min away! Management is so terrible. They don't keep tabs on anything and allow all these ghetto ass people to move in. They even fucked up my lease. I only wanted to sign up for 6 more months but they put me down for 12 more! I went in there and bitched about it and that dumbass in the office just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Now I am stuck in this shitthole for another year! I can't break my lease cause it will look so bad on my record. Thanks a lot you dumb bitch! And another thing- every time it rains the fucking road in front of the apartments turns into a lake and those fucking office people wont open the gates cause they don't wanna get their pussy asses wet! Don't move in here-trust me-you will hate it!!!!!
