It's going on 3 years since I've lived at City West. The apartment itself is beautiful and it's in a great location. On the other hand the STAFF is horrible. I would love to recommend this apartment to my co-workers but, I refuse to due to the STAFF rudeness and lack of knowledge. What makes residence feel wanted and comfortable is the personality of the STAFF members. "I'm sorry but it's not my fault you did not go to college to get a degree and possibly have a better job!" The landscaping is beautiful and parking is great (no asigned parking). Overall, I dread going into the office to deal with their impolite ways of business. I wonder why so many people are leaving??? |
