Really liked the apartment the first year, but things have been going downhill since. The walls between apartments ARE NOT insulated very well for sound. I hear my neighbors alarm go off at 6:30 every morning after she's kept me up all night with the amplifier on her computer turned up. I sleep on my living room couch just for some peace. There's always something going on in the parking lot late at night and I've seen HPD Drug task force guys out in force at least twice this past year. Currently looking to spend my rent money on a mortgage. Why not? At least it goes toward home equity rather than down the drain. Look for something else before you look here.
