I cannot seem to leave - the rent is reasonable, management is friendly and maintenance is superb. I have never had a maintenance issue that was not resolved within 24 hours. I have a few complaints but overall I am very satisfied. The gym is not a gym - it is a workout closet. The ceiling fans in the units are gaudy - gold trim with tassles. Some residents are totally ok letting their dogs poop on the sidewalks - what is wrong with these people? All these issues are totally manageable.
