This was most likely done by tenants of the complex because it happened during the one time he was out of town. Two of my neighbors had their cars broken into and tools stolen. The only decent person who worked there - the laundry lady - was robbed at gun point. They made outrageous charges to me after I moved out and reported it to a collection agency (on my credit report) before they even billed me. Next time I will sh*t on the kitchen floor before I move out because they will probably sh*t on me as soon as I leave. As for that last review, it is right on - I saw that crazy lady every day digging through my things.
