Maintenance only responds to major problems, little things get ignored. Parking is a pain - not enough spaces, no assigned spaces. Overall condition is low end of fair - units need updating & real renovations. AC units in apartments are noisier than a train when running, porches/balconies and stairs are shaky and run down. Walls are thin and noisy neighbors become a real problem.
