Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  7/24/05      Rate This Apartment     I was SO EXCITED after viewing the apartment. They are really nice and large w/ great closet space and W&D. The two best amenities of the property! There are some friendly neighbors who look out for one another. The management staff which has changed at least 3x since I've lived here. Just keeps getting worse; they are not very friendly. They send out lots of nice-nasty notes about tons of rules. They offer NO SECURITY, the gates are constantly broken and cars do get broken into. The property is well lit. However, if you live in the back area on the Del Rio side bring a boat when it rains because the back parking area turns into a LAKE!! Paddle boat anyone? The rents have gotten much higher over the years. It is a convenient location to Downtown and the Medical Center-that is what they bank on. The property is OK. I want more for the amount of rent I'm paying other than a W&D!! Just weigh your options carefully.........be blessed & happy hunting!
