Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/7/06      Rate This Apartment     I move there when Trammel Crow was managing the property now it is Greystone Asset Management and it has been a nightmare. It's a great location however the crime is bad. An Awareness meeting was held and residents spoke on issues and concerns about safety and they never offer security because it was not in the price range. Two of my neighbors that live in the same building I live in have been robbed at gun point at different times.Two other neighbors had her rims and wheels taken off her truck in the parking lot. They left both trucks on bricks. This happen at different times. The exterior of the building walls are flity and the halls and sidewalks are dirty. Words can't explain. I've call several times to get it clean they will not pay to get it professionally clean. The two maintaince men clean it when they find time, so it's an incomplete job. The people that work in the office all live somewhere else so they don't have any care or concerns about the issues that we're faced with. Horrible experience. Upper Management for Greystone is not any better. K.Vanderguard never returns any calls or address any issues.
