I went with him to tour the complex when he decided to move in here. They were so nice to him and the community seemed ok for the location. So, two months later i decided to lease an apartment there. Right from the start the office staff was rude. I had to ask to have my front door fixed 4 times (someone tried to kick it in the night I moved in). The door was so badly broken that I could not even use it. I had to jump over my patio fence to leave and enter. They even turned off the electricity after a delay in the transfer of the service provider. I was without electricity for over 4 days and lost all the food in my frezer and refrigerator. I have even taken my complaints to the complex managment company (CNC Investments) who have been of absolutely no help whats so ever. The complex is ghetto! I intend to move as soon as possible no matter the reletting fee!
