Parking is ok during the week but you might have to walk a little bit, which isn't really that bad we all could use some excersie, but on the weekends when people had guests over there was never any parking. I would suggest that only people who live in the complex be allowed to park inside it, and guests can park in the front parking lot. The secruity gate was ok....a few cars could get through at a time and all you had to do was get buzzed in by your friend anyways.....residents are given a clicker for each driving adult. The arpartments are in fairly good condition but that is, because they are fairly new,and everything worked as it should except for our heater but my husband figured out how to fix it (we didn't call management). Our neighbors were ok, one listened to his music fairly loud and we could hear it through the walls, so my husband brought the guy over so he could hear and he turned it down. One neighbor was rude enough to bang on the otherside of our bedroom wall while we were well you know, but we were newlyweds give us a break.... I would occasionaly see someone drape a towel over their balcony but only after leaving the pool to let it dry, or comforters, but they would be removed the same day any one who does laundry should know that those things never get completly dry in the dryer......you have to hang it somewhere..... I never saw the playground trashed....or any other part of the grounds either, unless the dumbster was overfilling.....for example if it was a holdiday on trash day and it didn't get picked up which is reasonable.....the playground had its normal wear and tear kids will be kids and i never saw graphiti (spelled right?) on the walls, I felt safe there I would often do my laundry late at night in the laundry building and never did i feel threatned. I would see kids on their own in the playground but than I would notice the parent watching from a balcony, they weren't really unattended....... rent is reasonable for the space and enviormant. This complex is limited though to those in a limited income bracket....good and bad.... Every complex has its problems and this one has its fair share but I still recommend it to anyone
