Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  3/17/06      Rate This Apartment     I lived in these apartments for three months and I just HAD to move out of these barbaric living conditions!! I lived on the 2nd floor. The interior of the apartment was very outdated and "funky." On the balcony in each corner there is a huge chunk of the floor that has degraded to mold!! Just a couple of units down from me on the bottom floor, it seems like a car has crashed into the unit. All managment has done about it is put a a board that barely covers the hole on it. This happened about 3 weeks before I moved out. The day that I did move out I looked and there was NOTHING done. When I open my apartment door there a ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS a man or a group sitting on the steps smoking pot. When I walk down to my car the grass is overgrown and is taking over the sidewalk and I see two huge rats run across and into the overgrown mess, When I go to get into my car in the lot there is people in Patio chairs watchiing me get in. There is GLASS GLASS GLASS and TRASH TRASH TRASH on the ground. At night when I went to bed. I could hear my neighbors cursin and fighting. On top of that I would hear bass BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!! When I reported this (just as I did my leaking roof) to the leasing office they said that they would handle the problem but they NEVER EVER did!! Personally I think these are HORRIBLE DISGUSTING living conditions and I think these apartments should be CONDEMNED!!
