Big Time Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  9/13/05      Rate This Apartment     Their maintenance sucks. The worst maintenance I have ever seen. Their management should share the blame as they're the one who has control. Office staff is nice and would always take your concerns/requests. However, what's written down normally dont get performed until you go back to the office 2-3 times or wait for several months. Their management team should find a way to expedite their maintenance schedules. While the exterior of the complex looks nice, it's the interior that willl keep their residence retention. I really hope Creekstone Management has access to this website. So they can take these useful feedbacks from their residents to improve the quality of their own property and make their residents happy.
