you cant own pets, you pay 490 a month to have a roomate, you get flyers on your car every other day. parking is horrible, you have to park across the street and walk in because of the construction. the area is ok, my neighbors are loud, you get drunk people walking in at all hrs of the night. if you dont have to live here... dont...
