Parking is beyond pitiful. You can never find a place to park after 7:30pm. When I say no where to park that is exactly what I mean. Then the apartment have the nerve to have a contract with a Towing company to tow cars and they dont' have enough parking spaces for their tenants. Needless to say, my car was towed and in addition to paying $1000 a month in rent I had to pay $200 for towing and storage fee as if I purposely parked by a dumpster. On top of that, management would not reimburse me the $200 and says they are working the parking issue. After discussing this with management at the home office and the corporate office, they blame me for blocking the dumpster and not allowing the trash service to get to the dumpster. The car was towed at 3:25am and they do not have trash pick ups at that time. After my incident they have requested for the towing company to limit their services until the parking situation has been corrected. Another thing I was told was to park my vehicle outside of the gate (which is also already crowded with vehicles) near the key pad. It is bad enough that I don't have a place to park and then they tow your car if you park where you can. My only other option is to park at the movie theatre across the street. Another issue is the noise level. The walls are so thin that I can hear the alarm clock of my neighbors. I had to call the police to have one tenant to turn down their music at 3:00am. There is noise all times of the night like they are having a wrestling match on top of my apartment. I would not recommend this place to no one. The current manager is rude and the only answer she has is that she knows that there is a problem and she is trying to fix it. I wish I could show you pictures of the parking situation but it might violate this cites policies.
