Spectacular Building Lobby-Yes Concierge services-weak not enough staff especially at night! Luxurious Clubroom and Media Center-Not kept clean/used as nursery Business Center w/high speed internet-not accessible/residents loud in area. State of Art Fitness- too small for high rise w/31 floors Pool and spa-dirty too small Conference room-not clean parking-nightmare brewing bicycle storage-needs improvement professional on-site management- no follow-through. Do not address issues
Animals: Out of control-pee in elevators, too many too large. |
