I moved in in winter, and the place was really nice, the managers were polite and helpful.

Living: After that? Well, summer came and all the apartments here have 2 huge/big glass windows that invite the Sun come in and burn you to death. And roaches, roaches everywhere, they never (or couldnt?) get a professional pest control team to come here and clean out the place. Be ready to be welcomed by roaches.

Attitude: And we informed them that we will move out soon (we gave 30days notice), so anyway just this afternoon when the manager saw us she said "Remember to clean your apartment before you leave because I dont want to clean up a nasty apartment before you leave". I mean of course we gonna clean it up, but why does she have to say that or use such words? We feel very insulted and angry, I couldnt believe it. Is it because we no longer stay there?

Security: One of the resident is being watched by police for "Child Sexual Abuse" or something. and my girlfriend was almost raped once by someone. 1 more thing, they dont have lock on the main door (but even with a lock I doubt those doors can lock anyone out).

Definetely a "run and don't look back" apartment.
