Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  6/1/06      Rate This Apartment     Their now called Newport at Clear Lake! The new owners are making residents sign a new lease before your lease is up because they say that they have renovated! Also wanting us to pay another deposit! New paint on the walls is not renovation to me. Every one I know is moving out, Quickly! So beware before you show up there! Read your contract really well because they read it totally different!
