Having lived here for over 1 year I am ready to get out before the place falls down. Frequent leaks, little repair. Recent superficial work. Check ceilings for signs of leaks. Ask about mold. After a severe water leak on the third floor the apts. never checked inside the walls or under the paint for mold growth. Irritatingly frequent management changes. 6 in 14 months. Recently noticed some apartments over crowded. I was notified by phone by the current office girl that I had to put my miniblinds down. I laughed at her and reminded her that I had signed nothing that addressed permissable miniblind height. |
