Reviewer:   Sarah   Review Date:  7/13/04      Rate This Apartment     I have lived here for 3 years and have no real complaints. The parking for VISITORS is pretty rotten. If you live in the front of the complex, your overnight guests have to either park in the far back of the complex, or park outside the gate in the leasing office parking lot or have their car towed. I know that thats only fair to the residents so they could park close to their door, which I have never really had a problem with, but I don't want my guests to have to walk a mile just to get to their car. HOWEVER, there is a path right next to the gorgeous lake ... so if they have to walk, at least they have a great view! Other than that, the crime is almost non-existant (you cant really do better than that, I mean, where is there a place that is crime-free?) and the people are very friendly. The office staff used to be rude, but they have been replaced and now I have no complaints at all. There is always a security guard living at the property and he does patrol at night ... not that he really ever needs to.
