Extremely noisey. Always getting flyers from staff on my door about car thefts and break-ins. Assigned parking but staff never enforces it so you often end up parking on top of the parking garage. Rent is high for what you get and it is raised when your lease renews. Expensive to get out of lease. Not only is reletting fee due but rent must continue to be paid until your apt is leased to someone else or lease expires, regardless of reason and/or notice.
