Reviewer:   Anonymous   Review Date:  3/16/06      Rate This Apartment     The a/c units blow cigarette smoke smell when on. They also blow in what your neighbors are cooking. The water comes out brown every two months. The plumbing is messed up, sometimes stuff comes up in the sink or tub or up the washer plumbing, stuff like someone elses garbage disposal. The cabinetry is falling apart. The tub is rust stained. No microwave available. The electric wiring is screwed, you cant have a TV on with a blow dryer or else your units fuse blow, and so do the neighbors. Smells come up from the floors and from the sinks. The water smells like bayou water. Sometimes dirt particles come out of the a/c vents.
