However the management staff at the Galleria Oaks location is a total joke. I was promised one apartment and waited to here back from them. I always had to call and leave messages to be called back. The manager has no problem taking money, she just doesn't like doing all of her job and letting potential tenants know about the status of the application or the apartment. I decided to NOT move there after dealing with the incompetence of the staff. I canceled my application and they decided to cash my deposit check before I could pick it up. I guess the old adage is right, If things look too good to be true, then it's not good.
