I have lived at Glen Oaks for two years. Ever since I moved in I have had plumbing problems. The water pipes busted in the walls after numerous complaints of wet walls in the closet where the water heater is located. The water heater must be reset every 1 - 2 days. This has gone on since I moved in. Maintainence has been out to fix it more than 6 six times. There is a terrible wasp and bee infestation that has never been dealt with. Sugar ants are a serious problem. They are so bad that they are found crawling in the cracks of the refrigerator. Spiders are also a problem. Let me not forget to mention how neighbors drive through the complex at all hours of the night with extremely loud music. Also, the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor's television and her walls are not connected to mine. |
