The management changed and they don't fix things when needed. As a matter of fact they try to keep a bandaid on the problem as long as they can. They don't keep the property clean and neat like they used to, and the light bills are very high due to the old applicances used. There is a problem with roaches (the outside ones) and I've talked to a few people that have had problems with rats in the complex due to the bayou being nearby. My husband and I had to exterminate on our own to keep them out. The good side of the coin is that it's a quiet complex and a police lives on property. The police stays on top of things and is always watching the property. The size is great for the price that you pay, but you win some and you loose some. I personally won't be coming back.
