Very enjoyable stay. Grounds are well kept. Lake is enjoyable and relaxing. Next to Clear Lake also. Pool areas and hot tubs are beautiful and very tropical. Plenty of parking and garbage bins are easily accesible. I would move back if I needed that area, in a heartbeat. Washer dryer came with apartment. Apartment size in the closet. Worked well for me, one to two people. Neighbors were nice and quiet. The pool was loud on weekends. The area was safe and I walked at all hours of the night and always felt safe.
