The north side of the complex hosts gambling and weed smoking. Want something stronger? Stick to the back center of the complex. Rent here only if you're trying to get into the Guiness Book for most nights in a row of not sleeping. Management consist of the tag team Nice and Nasty. I've not seen the Head Property Manager since before Rita, but then again if I were he, I'd be ashamed to show my face here as well.
